Yes, we are one of the professional and largest manufacturers of testing equipment in China, including Environmental Chambers, Industrial Ovens, Universal Tensile Testers, and more. Every machine purchased from our factory comes with a 12-month warranty after shipment. We offer 12 months of free maintenance, with an additional 2 months extension considering sea transportation.
If your machine doesn't work, you can contact us via email or phone. We will diagnose the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Solutions are typically provided within 24 to 48 hours after problem confirmation.
2. What's the delivery term?
For standard machines, we typically have stock available. If no stock is available, delivery time is usually 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. We can make special arrangements for urgent orders.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to customer requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services, including adding your logo to the machine.
